Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations – On-site
- Each oral presentation will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes, including questions and discussion.
- Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their presentation accordingly to ensure that the established schedule is maintained.
- Presentations should be brought on a USB flash drive and uploaded to the computer in the assigned conference room before the beginning of the corresponding session.
- Presenters are encouraged to arrive at the assigned room in advance to allow sufficient time for presentation setup.
Oral Presentations – Virtual
- Each virtual oral presentation will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes, including questions and discussion.
- Presenters should prepare their presentation accordingly to ensure compliance with the established schedule.
- Virtual presentations will be delivered through the online platform Microsoft TEAMS.
- The connection link and access instructions will be sent to virtual presenters in advance.
- Presenters are requested to connect sufficiently early before their scheduled presentation to verify audio, video, and screen-sharing functionality.
Poster Presentations
- Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation, with dimensions of 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
- Authors must use the official congress poster template, available for download below.
- Posters must be printed and brought to the congress venue by the presenting author.
- Information regarding the poster session schedule and poster location/number will be provided during the Congress.
